What do you mean random channel open?

For Phoenix, it's quite specific. It also can do splicing now.

You can set the max fee for any channel opening.

its not the fee that is the problem. its the fact that it regularly "open" a channel. if you havw inbound transfer from fixedfloat.com you will frequently have channel opening

This is not good, very high fees. I wondered if that was the old version especially during the crazy high fees time of ordinals. Muun, breez all kena. I'll do some testing with the current version and see if these cases still happens.
