I've had a headache for the last five days and am beginning to feel concern.

Doctors appointment isn't until Wednesday. Let's the headache is gone by then!

Too personal?

Sometimes I over share.

Ouch. Pills not helping?

Acetaminophen dampens the pain a little, so I've been taking like..up to 2000 mg a day, but I really hate relying on it. Can't work without it however.

Ruled out weather, sugar, coffee?

...as I stand here drinking coffee..like I do everyday...no, but I should consider these things more closely. Thank you for the thought.

Would zap, but my set up is not currently functioning.

I have headaches whenever I drink coffee. If I stop, they go away. Nobody believes me though and there is no science to back it but it is what it is and I’ve accepted it. Tried looking for other factors but couldn’t find any.

Worth a shot. Quit for a week and observe.

That's really interesting and really unfortunate. I assume you enjoy coffee. I certainly do.

Good to make the correlation though and find what helps you!

Yea I do. Some days I’ll just accept the headaches just to have coffee. Today is one of those days.

I have it the other way around. Two or three day without coffee and I start to have terrible headaches… 1 day fasting or enduring the pain for another two days and I am ok.

Are you sure you’re not just going through caffeine withdrawal? That tends to happen when you quit coffee.

adenosine receptor levels, I believe this is the root cause of everyones problems when it comes to coffee

Probably. Because when I endure the pain as I mentioned, it all goes away for good.

Sounds like withdrawal

Sounds like Judas guilty conscience that.

Withdrawal from what? Life?

That’s possible. Its a stimulant, some people may react that way to it.

High on life.

get well soon!🤒☘️

Thank you 🙏

Tea? 🫖

Are you suggesting a tea that might help?

Yes - green tea due to high levels of L-Theanine.

Should be of very good quality.

Is it the reason for not resting well? Hurry up and get better💜

Thank you 🤙

Have you been cold lately? I had 3 days of headache because of Sinusitis

I was sick all last week, I'm hoping this is some lingering side affect and not some issue with my brain!

Specifics?

I had a fever/cold for a couple of days (Tue, We'd) and then the fever went away and the cold lingered on all week. Once the cold was gone I got a pretty unique (to me) headache on Sunday and I still have that headache now, five days later.

Sound exactly like what I had. The doctor send me to X-ray and it was Sinusitis. 7 days of antibiotics

I'm thinking it's a sinus infection. The signs point in this direction.

Thanks 🙏

No bueno! Hopefully your immune system is just cleaning up the last little bit of whatever it was. If the mucus has lessened and the fever is gone it seems likely your brain is fine…how high was that fever….Lol..best wishes for a complete and speedy recovery!

Swift recovery much better.

I need a good lawyer right about now.

Get well soon, any headache that lasts too long must be checked. It could be something as simple as needing a new glass prescription, ir having infected sinuses, but as someone who has them often, we tend to dismiss it and there are things that should be checked. Get well soon.

Thank you 🙏

If I may add, keep yourself hydrated and mint or ginger tea do help. Speedy recovery
