Americans love arguing over stupid things and as much as they do staying ignorant of the important things.
I don't know anyone who talks like that or speaks in a gender-conforming way. Most categorically reject this shit! But I also know younger people who have access to other bubbles and there it is partly already an issue.

What is the machine? It”s the “Bernays machine”, comprised of tools such as education (and especially higher education), entertainment, news, algorithmic control of communications. Who owns the machine? Hard to say, the whole seems to operate with a proof of stake consensus. Stake your shitcoin, get some brains.
Why would the machine be on division? Divide and conquer. Alienation is an extremely powerful tool. Breaking “links”.
Now a days most this new geration in western countries are well off, they almost have everything. They dont struggle to own something because they are well provided. Because of this they got bored and do some experiments until they end up of theses pronoun things.
The news in America, amplified by millions of bot social media accounts, is designed to make us fight each other so we are distracted from our real enemies.
You can go outside and talk to strangers any time any where and have an experience much nicer than anything a foreigner would expect to see based on our news.
Some of that comes from cognitive dissonance. I know people who parrot the hate from the news and social media perfectly after 2 beers. Put a real person in front of them in the real world and they are nothing like the talk.
It's entertaining and worrying to see it. Especially when the gender stuff literally doesn't work in some non English languages.
