How is the govt going to custody the bitcoin they have stolen and plan to aquire?
Multi sig? What governing bodies get the keys? How are they going to pass them on after term?

Always thought they just confiscated some Ledger devices, put them in a sealed back and yelled: put these in storage! To the most rookie agent
