Wish I had capacity. Very cool project.
Assuming I understand it corretly you need to unlock phone to press that red button, in many cases of requiring help you might lack time for that. Maybe pressing both volume up+down would be better for urgent cases? Idk how it looks like from side of hardware.
Yeah, that might be an issue if you count seconds. We plan to do what you are suggesting, but it may be a hard one.
Also, it's one of the reasons why we're developing an autonomous panic button as a separate hardware, to quietly send the alert over nostr.
