I met a guy in a dive bar two days ago. He lost a leg to a gator, he said he was swimming with a friend and on the way back to the boat it grabbed him and did the roll. He said he was lucky it was so big because it just twisted his leg off, had it been smaller he would have drowned. My friend remembered seeing him on the news a couple years ago so not bullshit.
