How much heat does one of those produce?

Could it replace a wax warmer bulb or a small, under-desk heater?

One of the office buildings I cleaned had a horrible HVAC system. Thermostat was on west side of the building. Afternoon sun would trigger the AC but most of the cool air blew into offices on the east side. Probably 25% of desks had space heaters under them.
