Replying to Avatar Kräftig

Neighbors are taking down a couple hundred year old trees today on the south side of their house. Hope they enjoy the increased A/C costs during the summer.

That is always sad, but could be 100 reasons. Roots can destroy foundation, septic if there is one, or destroy the house if it falls/is rotted and a hazard.
