Ignore it until I flip out over something dumb and then have to apologize for being an asshole.

Write or draw it out … and don’t send the email or show the image. Being able to do something, even indirectly, usually helps diffuse anger for me.
Let it go.
You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.
