Can it be solved by making use of the #r tag or perhaps another generic one for inline urls?

I am testing a manual replacement to names. Looks like it doesn't translate names, so...

I think conversation feed it should show the previous note that was replied to, so we know the context of the conversation

I'm a fan of the idea, it's especially useful for discovery of users
