Yes def would have added more browns if the buckets had more space. I can’t speak on recommendations since I had failed. The next go around I’m going to follow how The Weedy Garden does his. Wish I had some more info for you.

I did add a 5lb bag of reds to our Johnson sue bioreactor. They’re still in there doing work and I didn’t add anything once built. Once it’s finished, I’ll collect all I can and transfer them to the next bioreactor.
