After cutting bread and pasta, I found my sugar cravings have mostly disappeared. Still eating fruit/veg, along with more meat, chicken and fish. I can see more definition in my stomach than I've seen in probably a decade. Not tired, no feelings of excessive hunger, etc. So far so good!

There are some sunbeds with so called "rainbow" lamps. They have both uvb and uva over the entire body.
I am also here up north, and they work great on me.
