In 07/2023, I managed to run 8x, hike 3x, and swim 2x with total a distance of 100,5km 🤙
- Running distance was 70,4km
- Swimming distance 1km
- Hiking distance 29,2km

Keep going! If you sign up for a marathon I am sure it would push you to new heights. We will have to raise the bar to 200k month!
I need to still get faster. Need below 6min/kilometer so I can finish my suffering (marathon) faster in November.
