Could you post a screenshot of what you see? Typically it's just a connection issue that doesn't load the merchant page, but if it's completely blank then that's something I haven't heard anyone encounter.

The Shopstr banner at top is only thing there. Where it shows Home - Messages, etc on the right top and Shopstr logo on left. That's it, rest of page is blank.
I just tried other browsers and fine, this happened on Brave only. Brave is blocking by default for some reason after clicking on thumbnail.

On Brave have to click the shields down button then all good.
Ahh, hadn't tested on Brave before, thanks for pointing that out. Since we save data in your browser to not keep any of your user info that's probably why it wasn't showing anything.
