Cronometer is a decent app to show some micro nutrients though it most likely undercounts high quality meat and eggs. There is a good amount of vitamin E, Vitamin K2 not accounted for by this app. I’m not eating keto but subtract the carbs and micro nutrients are still similar. High nutrient density from meat eggs and raw milk. Vitamin D is difficult in northern hemisphere, lots of sun exposure and high cholesterol during the summer will build up stores but high quality supplement might be necessary. Vitamin C probably overblown but a piece of tropical fruit here and there is probably better than a rose hips extract tablet.

Good to know. Think I’m going to cut it down to just D and C, and see how I feel after a couple weeks. Maybe cut out C from there. Supplementing with D when I started like 12 years ago really was a game changer.
