Oooh the CBD siunds like a nice touch. I did for the longest do bullet proof coffees with MCT oil and butter for sure. Traveling has definitely had me be less careful about my coffee... And I think the mycotoxins are the biggest issue. I'd normally but bulletproof for it's supposed free of or lower mold toxicity.

Iād bet on the mycotoxins. So hard to avoid when traveling- even the shops that seem great from the outsideā¦ you donāt always know the quality of their sourcing/storage/etc
