I don’t know if this is a revenant topic but in the last year or so there were a bunch of new folks and some old ones discussing covenants. I found it strange how some rushed to go on podcasts and share opinions. Yet i guess I would otherwise not learn more about it.
Bullish on ecash protocols and the possibilities of BitVM for this reason. We should be pushing Bitcoin in its current form to the edges and seeing what is possible without changing the network.

Definitely possible. While I believe the long term fee trend is up, today it’s back to being quite low. Hopefully the spikes are the kick we need to improve, but don’t go too far and make people push for ill conceived reactionary changes without considering second or third order effects.
