Everybody has heard about it. Nobody seems to believe it until they experienced it themselves.

Doing more sports does not make you lose weight.

Eating less does.

Both statements are Vorrecht and wrong.

Burned calories > Eaten Calories

It’s that simple.

I would ALWAYS go for more Sport (and possibly also for more eating at the same time).

Itā€˜s not the weight what matters - itā€˜s the Shape!

A fit Person has more weight than a chubby Person but weighs more.
