homemade pizza is not bad for you :)
It is when I’m trying to burn off all my excess body fat
ah you doing carnivore ish/in ketosis atm?
yes
you will not believe it:
all cartilage pain from (extreme)waterski jumping, extreme skiing etc went away
no pain, no knee problems, nothing, nada
i can ski hardest slopes, mountain bike 45 degrees for 3 hours
nothing
it is a miracle. so unreal. even surprise me myself. still.
i am not the only one. thousands report the same online/youtube
what would they gain? no one sells meat.
beware of the druglords
start with dr.chaffee
100% agree with you, I've seen similar results myself, I'm only 21 but I had an operation on my knee due to inflammation and doctors blamed it on my cartilage, turns out it was just the seed oils lol. as soon as I stopped all pain and swelling went away. but even know with my current diet(raw milk, raw eggs, raw honey, steak every single day, with occasional fruit + rice/potatoes) my symptoms don't come back, everything is organic so I suspect these symptoms we experience aren't from the carbs themselves, but the chemicals inside them. carnivore is good because irs the easiest way to detox from all of the shit, however like I said I notice I feel better + lift more on some low carb, which must mean carbs aren't so bad :)
i also believe it was the sed oils and the sugar/carbs
after dropping both, it went away and never came back
i am extremely happy and share this with everyone
of course you need to train the muscle every day but that is fun
all carbs are bad=sugar
all meat is good=all nuitrients
I think it differs from person to person and also for what youre looking for, I find I lift significantly more when I'm on low carb compared to no carb, fat and protein still make up the bulk of my diet but I have unrefined cane sugar in my coffee, raw honey on my meat and occasionally some fruit, rice, or potatoes.
this works very well for me after having tried carnivore for a few months, I'm still in ketosis so I get the best of both worlds. might not be preferred for all people but this makes me feel best :)
whatever works for you is good.
i still drink coffee because i love it
maybe it is good, maybe bad, i do not care
it does not hurt me
and a glass of red wine which is not recommended either but i like it and it feels very good. if wine was good for jesus it is good enough for me...
exactly, trial and error is best :) everyones body is a bit different and imo there isn't a one size fits all with diet, but general guidelines(unprocessed animal products for example) will ofc always be good!
seems we are on the same page 🫂🫂
