Is it normal to appear on an apartment 3 floor high? I never saw anything like this, have no idea what is it.
I wouldnโt worry. Mayflies are harmless. You probably live near a freshwater lake or slow moving stream/river because part of their development life cycle is aquatic. (They are good indicators for clean water too!) So the adult stage here has just flown up and lost its way in your apartment. ๐
