That was bitcoin owned by the government, which means it was the people of Germany's money. It was sold to hedge funds and intuitional investors and all the other people who are madly accumulating at 50k
Corrupt government selling bitcoin to their friends at a discount, when it should be a reserve for the people of Germany.
