Good night nostr, i got done with the cabin turnover, then just got caught up on some stuff. I'm dipping my toes into my new start9, and i feel like i have alot of learning to do. Those of you who run a btc node on start9, i think you would use a dedicated laptop for this? Also, if i lost power, is it easy to restart the server and the node? Anyway, lots for me to learn, but i'll tackle it a little bit at a time. Yall have a good evening nostr friends. #grownostr #bnbstr #start9 #asknostr

You can access it via any PC on your network or Tor. You should do the CA stuff that it suggests. Get a big ol' UPS for it and if it still dies, it'll generally just fire back up and update the chain. Pick a PC on your network and use that for network backups. DO THE BACKUPS.
Ok, good advice thanks. I did do the ca on my main driver, just had issues with a couple browsers. But i figured out which browsers worked, so thats what i'll use. Thanks!
Restarts arenโt too bad! Your Start9 OS should start the bitcoin core instance on boot and after some time, youโll be good to go :). I lose power often and it always comes back without issue. It sometimes does take a few hours to get all synced up.
