#asknostr - I was onboarding someone new to Nostr who has experimented with the Metamask wallet in the past. Is there a way to connect this wallet to Nostr? They would like to continue using it if possible.

If so, can you point me in the direction of a good tutorial to share with them. I did google to see if Metamask supports Lighting and it appears that it does, but… google these days…

I don’t think that will work. Meta mask only deals with Eth, and eth wrapped bitcoin.

Set them ip with either WoS or Alby just as easy to set up as a metamask

It seems there’s something called Snaps that lets you add a real Bitcoin plugin (not the wrapped fake), but I agree that the easiest option is to just install a Lightning app. https://snaps.metamask.io/snap/npm/btcsnap/
