Only cardio I like is rucking.

Ive rowed hundreds of miles, but I can’t stand it now. So boring.

2x a week and 2 strength workouts a week

Solid.

Play ice hockey twice a week. Best workout on the planet.

That's up there with MMA.

Actually I think they say that 3 minutes of college level wrestling is the hardest thing you could ever do. MMA is a knee injury waiting to happen.

Definitely a great conditioning workout.

Anything that leads to pure sweat is best. I’m drenched after hockey and feel it everywhere. Legs, arms, back, lungs etc.
