HODL, is quantum computing FUD a real concern for Bitcoin now or in the future? I always hear that when quantum computing comes, every other bank and institution will have to solve this, but I would like to understand more about the implications to Bitcoin. Where can I learn more? - can you recommend?

Right now, quantum machines aren’t anywhere close to that level of power, they’d need millions of stable qubits, far beyond what exists today. By the time quantum computers do reach that point, Bitcoin (and the rest of the internet) can upgrade to quantum-resistant signature cryptography already being developed and standardized.
