Got my kWh in my house lowered to 0.065, feeling pretty good about plugging in my other miner. I’m still not profitable in dollar terms. But I’m profitable in sat terms πŸ₯²

What's your profitability threshold? Normaklu should be over 13k or so, maybe for solar is higher...

I really have no idea what my threshold is; I’m just stacking ⚑️

Dude, I just got kWh rate lowered from $0.06 to $0.057 at an industrial location. I would love to have $0.065 at home for convenience and testing setups.

BTW, I’ve mentioned this a million times, but might as well throw it out again. The site is capable of 5MW-14MW and we are only using a fraction of it. If anyone is interested in pooling capital for electrical expansion, hit me up.

That’s sounds great! BRB

Figure out how to generate the electricity and you will be in the black 😁

Congratulations πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

What's a reasonable ballpark expectation for monthly return in sats for a home miner?

Depends on the machine. I get about 3800 δΈ° per day with 2 antminer s9 machines

Yeah, not cost-beneficial in today's fiat terms, but when the time comes that you can't afford to buy it with fiat you'll wish you had miners pushing out 100k sats a month. And the 100k a month you're getting now will be worth far more than the extra in electricity you're paying now.

Plus, you can always pay your electric bill with your Fold card and get sats back on that.
