Are there more alternatives to get inbound liquidity easily besides Magma and Voltage ?

Magma is great because you can pick the node you are purchasing liquidity from based on a number of factors. It’s a liquidity market with lots of choices- essentially nodes are competing for your business, and you get to decide if you prefer a partner node with more channel connections, lower routing fees, lower cost of liquidity or a combination of those.
You could do a triangle swap. Or just swap out lightning for on chain bitcoin
