Does anyone know of a tool for blasting out certain types of notes that one would want widely available, such as kind 0, kind 3, or kind 10002?

Do you mean personal notes, kind of like zapvertising? Or do you mean like a rebroadcaster of any and all notes in your feed of a certain type? 🤔
Just a couple specific tyes of notes.
1. My kind 0. This note has your lightning address listed in it. If you ever change wallets, you want to get your kind 0 propagated out far and wide, or you could still receive zaps to your old lightning address.
2. My kind 10002. This note lists your inbox and outbox relays so others know where to find your notes and where they can send notes that have you tagged in them and expect that you will see them. Again, you want this widely available, and you want to make sure relays have your most up-to-date version.
All the rest of my notes can just live on my outbox relays so long as the two above have been blasted out.
