global i guess, but depends on patents. i think in the US its either Dunkin or 7-11 that has this flip back on the lid.

worst part is that centered airhole punched outwards can bonk your nose if you too aggressive drinking

We’ve got them in Canada. The worste is when you accidentally push them forward. So hard to get them back out.
