This is the first happy-path test every client needs to pass:

1. setup client with one relay, and only one relay

2. write note to that relay with npub1

3. write response to that note, on the same relay and without using relay hints, with npub2

4. go back to main thread

5. click on the first note

6. see reply to the note ✅

7. go to notifications for npub1

8. reply from npub2 is visible ✅

9. click on reply

10. when reply opens, original post (previous note) is visible and correctly threaded to reply ✅
