I just had this argument a couple days ago. Zebra calcite is a tricky one because it's a mineral but there are so many other mineral inclusions and precipitated minerals within the calcite that it's borderline rock... or like a sedimentary mineral 🥴 ... this is why I like it

Oh yeah, this cop becomes disabled and gets into collecting minerals, but his wife Marie keeps calling them rocks which pisses him off.
