I added pinches of salt to my water. Not sure if thatās cheating by otherās standards but helped. Found I was very thirsty days 2-4. Maybe because I flew day 1 so was on my back foot with hydration.
I feel really light. Had a goofy day today, which was amusing. I didnāt feel too hungry at any point. Or it passed after 2 hrs at any point. Nature helped a lot.
Could have gone longer mentally but body signaled to call it today. So listened. Maybe next time longer.

Salt has helped me a lot, because I was getting headaches. Taking walks outside has been helpful to me too. There's something about walking that takes your mind off you for a while.
For now, I can keep going. My body will definitely let me know when to stop, I think.
