You shouldnt have to code for your private keys, that's ridiculous.

I assume there should be no feature that stores nsec directly inside of website itself? Probably you be doomed if you didnt save mnemonic seeds or nsec when creating profile🫠

It gives you the key in the creation flow. Did you copy it?

But yeah, it should have an area to retrieve it once copied. nostr:npub1kuc70777tsvj67fl75s2dmy376t97hv05xmyuyshzzy6vhj5q5jstv0eyw

If you wrote down the 12 words you should be able to recover it.

I know this tool exists but not sure how safe the online version is:

hmm what makes it potentially untrustworthy?

It’s a website and could potentially leak your inputs.

It is called "private key" in Nosta. There is a dedicated step for it in the account creation flow. Did you copy it?

i did, it was the words, but idk how i can make those into an nsec

Do you remember seeing this screen?

yesss, i tried adding nsec to the beginning 🫣

What are you trying to do now. Is there a specific app you are trying to log in? With more context, I might be able to help better.
