i saw a flash of black and red fly off and disappear into the trees.. and i was like oh sorrray! turned around, havent been back but i hope they hatch. there arent any thing bigger than a field mouse would go there..

oh, that sounds like a robin, they sing right at dawn and sometimes randomly during the day and the ones in England that i saw they sat on top of the peaks of buildings to sing but the robins around here sit in trees and the only time it's been close enough to see it was too dark for me to spot it.
i think they are related to blackbirds, a lot of their behaviours are similar, though they are much more stealth mode
