Nah, your relays are just messed up. Your follows list might have accidentally been overwritten (it happens). Try going to nostrgram.co, clicking your profile, click the calendar button and reload a list with more followers.
Also make sure you are connected to the same relays you were before. If you didn't keep track, well.. now's the time to start keeping track 😅

Because you are only following 3 people. Seems like you lost your follows. It's a common issue when you use multiple clients. When you use nostrgram it keeps a history of your follows so if you lose them you can restore them with one click.
Or your relays are unhappy?

I had all paid relays until this happened then I added a bunch of the free ones back to try to fix the problem. I thought I was put on the blocklist everyone was talking about but it seems my followed just were wiped somehow.
That stinks. It's happened to me a few times. I've found that it happens when I switch clients and the two clients don't have the same relays. For example I had to re-add all the relays to nostgram.co. Luckily there is a tool on there to restore.
Will be much better when it doesn't happen and things sync more seamlessly.
