I'm a private operator and work with different facilities with machinery like this and settle on prices for the product...
I drive heavy volume so I demand premium pay.
I purchase the goods for 0.05¢ directly off the street.
Then resell them to facilities for a maximum of up to 0.7¢ per container. ♻️
