You mean the very obvious risk that will make it a legal and moral liability to run a node?

Some of us would like to be sovereign without risking going to jail.

Owning hardware where you host and distribute CSAM is illegal, yes

So, a nostr node?

If you host and distribute CSAM, any government has legitimate grounds to arrest you. Maybe not in Israel because they like pedos there.
