💡 like #[4]​ did, as soon as I submitted my npub into their online waitlist, I got a DM. Maybe send DMs from this account as soon as folks register so the renewal message comes as a reply in an ongoing conversation?

We do now! You get a welcome message (with a Cheers!) from #[2]​ and another message when you extend your account time.

Unfortuantely, all these features are new and most of our users joined before they existed!
