Training, Shower, Eggs, Meat and Milk. Coffee.
Prayers and/ or positive affirmations; then onto breathe sessions.
Homemade cold-brew Coffee with maple syrup + heavy cream.
I'll then consume a concoction of cordyceps, lion's mane, reishi, and other fungi; and microdose on psilocybin--the mushroom mix is ingested with the aforementioned coffee.
A bit of pure tobacco leaf smoked as a stimulate (I use a one-hitter).
Or rarely a whole cigar if it's a special occasion.
Onto blasting my balls with the sun's glorious rays, then start my workout (Or just straight to working out if it's cloudy).
Post random notes when the ideas start joggin'.
Eat a nice big meal post exercise--which typically consists of eggs and lots of butter.
That's pretty much it!
