Why would you go to jail for not paying back a loan?

Wouldn’t they just report it on your credit?

Try to get collections agencies to bother you,

Maybe some folk might get sued in civil court for money that you owe….

But I don’t think it would be criminal like having to serve jail time

If I had good credit I’d max out some cards to buy bitcoin and then just not pay it back but I can’t do that bc my credit is already 💩

Plus bankruptcy is always an option
