Does anyone else have a weekly ritual that uplifts you? Mine is talking to my mom (and sometimes dad too). We talk all the time via text and here but usually on Thursday evenings we have an hour+ call. She gives the best advice, listens to me gossip about my friends and often we talk about what she’s learned on #nostr and #bitcoin 🤣. Make the time to spend with your parents. Not weekly, just lost in music all day every day. Kind of wish to stop everything im doing and try to make music.
Usually for me it’s being able to chillax or make progress in the garden (albeit that usually physically takes it out of me)
