you're missing a dash (-) between 2.1.1 and aarch, the filename is 'Sparrow-2.1.1-aarch64.dmg'

Huge that did the trick. I don’t understand why the file wasn’t already set up that way?
not sure, I don't use mac, maybe macos or your browser replaced the dashes?
For those that are encountering an issue with verifying your updated sparrow wallet version, you need to modify the file name to this.
