Several people here suggested I give Peter Attia's Outlive book a spin. I did. It has good bones but I definitely have some problems with it. I've thought about doing a longer blog post but in the mean time here is my review of it on BookWyrm. TL;DR this book could be a good primer for those that are trying to get some bearings on health/longevity but I think it way overstates necessary meat consumption, way understates the value of eating a plant dominant diet, and leaves out a lot of actionable information that could have been included for people who can't afford paying for all of this "Medicine 3.0" stuff out of pocket to the tune of thousands of dollars a year. #BookWyrm #PeterAttia #longevity #health #fitness bookwyrm.social/user/hankg/rev…
