Years ago I started do something on days like this. When I start thinking about NOT doing a workout for whatever reason, I just tell myself that Im going to do it anyway, even if I do half the weight / same reps or walk instead of run.

Once I’m there, I always manage more of course which is 100% more than when I skip.

I do this especially when Im really sick.

Something is better than nothing.
