Nice man. I just started my 4th week of carnivore. Feels good to have strict health goals.

This is discipline, my friend. I respect people who have discipline.

Good job mate. I miss gym so much but don't have place for it in grown up calendar.

You should try half an hour of running everyday. It's one of the best exercises imo and very easily doable.

Always priorities your health.

My short term plan is to buy a kettle bell and do some workout breaks during working hours.

I had this same thought, bring my 35 lb kettlebell to work and doing 15 mins workout on my breaks…I work 12 hr shifts. Let’s DUE et!
