I actually find it complementary.

Based on the law written in my soul and the evidence that I have seen-

I believe that the Lord Jesus died on the cross and was buried but then actually and literally rose from death in his natural human body. And appeared to many afterwards, fulfilling the Law and Prophets of God.

Yet, I always struggled to understand a lot from the Old Testament until I considered things from the allegorical perspective. Peterson’s writing is helping many and I hope the same for HODL.
