Hoping to be faster next time. I don't know what changed. Any training or diet advice? I need to lose another 10-25 pounds asap.

You'll make faster progress with interval training. Keto and intermittent fasting can make losing weight easier.

I have been doing interval training since I learned about it a couple years ago. Just need to be more consistent actually doing it.

All you have to do is go 1 second faster everytime you run. Good job.
