Not sure if there are for example Damus-only or Amethyst-only users with that problem?!
Everytime when I asked the issue was connected to multiple client users.

I think it can be due to not properly loaded following list.
If you update your relays, while your local following list is not full, you will overwrite it.
Did you write for example Vitor a message to ask him if there are known issues regarding to that?
