I recently fired my training coach (meal and training session planning) and hired an LLM to do the job.

Best trainer I’ve had thus far.

It definitely helps that I’ve probably read around 20 books on physical training for climbers and another ~20 books on sports nutrition, so I can direct the LLM with more precision.

But this is honestly absolutely mind blowing.

Basically you’re asking the LLM to validate your previous knowledge and expertise. The probability that the LLM was trained on the same books, Reddit posts and likely social media posts of your previous personal trainer.

What a time to be alive 😛
