Would be cool if there were something similar to “lists” in Nostr. Where you can bundle people to follow, algorithms, read relays, etc all into one object that other people could “subscribe” to or even modify.

Multiple feeds with different user defined filters. So you can have bitcoin related feed and then music related, "local friends only" feed... "this keyword in this npub group in last 7 days, but only with >2 likes and one zap" feed. All shareable in a note or DM as a "preset".
